At Wondernut International EPZ Ltd, we are committed to ensuring that every order — whether local or international — is delivered safely, efficiently, and on time.
Our logistics operations are managed through trusted freight partners and adhere to international trade and export standards.

1. Order Processing

All confirmed orders are processed once payment, export documentation, and quality verification are complete.
Processing time varies depending on product type, packaging requirements, and order volume.
Typical timelines:

  • Domestic Deliveries: 3–5 business days from dispatch.

  • Export Shipments: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

We will notify clients of expected shipment dates and tracking details before dispatch.

2. Shipping Methods

We ship through reliable, certified logistics and freight forwarding partners to ensure product integrity and timely delivery.
Options include:

  • Air Freight: For urgent or smaller consignments.

  • Sea Freight: For bulk exports and standard deliveries.

  • Ground Transport: For local and regional deliveries within East Africa.

All shipments are handled under secure, temperature-controlled conditions to maintain product freshness and compliance with food safety standards.

3. Delivery & Tracking

Once dispatched, clients will receive:

  • A Bill of Lading or Airway Bill (AWB)

  • Shipment tracking details

  • Export documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Quality Certificate, etc.)

Clients can track shipments directly via the carrier’s online system or through Wondernut’s export support team.

4. International Deliveries

All international shipments are managed under Incoterms (latest version) — including EXW, FOB, CIF, or DAP agreements as defined in the client’s contract.
Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, port handling, or international regulations.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipping details and required import permits.

5. Damaged or Delayed Deliveries

We ensure every shipment is packed securely to prevent damage during transit.
If goods arrive damaged or delayed:

  • Contact our support team within 5 business days of delivery.

  • Provide photographic evidence and relevant shipment documents.

Claims will be reviewed in coordination with our freight partners. Compensation or replacement will follow the terms outlined in our Refund & Return Policy.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and clearance charges are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated in the sales agreement.
Wondernut assists with documentation to ensure smooth clearance and compliance with all export regulations.
