Our Quality Assurance (QA) Policy ensures that every process — from cultivation to customer delivery — is governed by precision, accountability, and continuous improvement.
1. Policy Objective
The objective of this policy is to maintain consistent product quality through a fully traceable, controlled, and verifiable process.
We aim to meet or exceed customer expectations by aligning our operations with recognized international standards, including ISO 22000:2018, KEBS, FDA, and EPZA compliance frameworks.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all operations of Wondernut International EPZ Ltd — including farming, processing, packaging, storage, logistics, and export — as well as to employees, contractors, and suppliers involved in our value chain.
3. Quality Commitments
a. Product Integrity
We guarantee that every batch of macadamias is processed under strict hygiene and safety protocols, ensuring purity, freshness, and nutritional retention.
b. Food Safety Compliance
All production processes follow Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) principles to identify, control, and eliminate risks to food safety.
c. Standardization & Traceability
Every product is traceable from farm to shipment through batch coding and digital record systems. This ensures full transparency and accountability at every stage.
d. Process Excellence
We continuously evaluate and refine our operational systems using data-driven performance metrics, quality audits, and employee training to maintain optimal standards.
e. Employee Responsibility
