Refund & Return Policy

At Wondernut International EPZ Ltd, we take pride in delivering premium, high-quality macadamia products that meet international standards.
Our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction and confidence in every shipment.
This Refund & Return Policy explains how we manage product returns, replacements, and refunds for our clients and distributors.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our products (agricultural and perishable goods), returns are generally accepted only in cases of verified quality or packaging issues.
Clients may request a review if:

  • The product delivered does not match the agreed specification or documentation.

  • Packaging is damaged upon arrival, compromising product integrity.

  • There is evidence of contamination or deviation from quality standards certified at dispatch.

Requests for return or replacement must be made within 7 business days of delivery and accompanied by photographic or inspection evidence.

2. Inspection & Verification

All claims are subject to verification by our Quality Control Team.
Clients must provide:

  • Batch or lot number from the packaging label.

  • Shipment or invoice reference.

  • Description and visual proof of the issue.

Wondernut reserves the right to inspect or test samples before confirming eligibility for refund or replacement.

3. Refunds & Replacements

If a claim is approved, clients may choose between:

  • Product Replacement: A replacement shipment of the same product or equivalent value.

  • Refund: A credit note or refund processed via the original payment method within 14 business days after claim approval.

Refunds or replacements will only be issued for the verified quantity affected — not for the entire shipment unless agreed upon by both parties.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery.

  • Goods repackaged, opened, or altered by the client.

  • Orders delivered beyond the claim window (7 business days).

  • Bulk export shipments cleared and accepted under standard inspection.

5. Shipping & Handling

In cases where returns are approved, Wondernut may coordinate reverse logistics through our freight partners.
Return costs are covered by Wondernut only for verified product defects or errors.

6. International Clients

For export orders, all returns and refunds are governed by Incoterms (latest version) and relevant contractual clauses.
Our team will guide clients through the claim, verification, and resolution process in accordance with international trade protocols.
