We allow the nuts to fall naturally when fully ripe, preserving their integrity and reducing mechanical stress. Once collected, the nuts are carefully dehusked, cleaned, and sun-dried to maintain their natural moisture balance. Every batch is then moisture-tested to meet Wondernut’s exact quality parameters before entering our sorting and grading facility.

Sorting begins with precision — combining trained human expertise with advanced optical and mechanical sorting systems. Each kernel is graded by size, shape, and color, ensuring consistency across our international export standards. Only kernels that meet our premium quality benchmarks move forward for packaging, while all by-products are directed to our zero-waste processing stream for reuse.
